A short game about climbing and putting leaves back on trees (or not)

a few notes:
there is no goal. when you're ready, hold still for a few seconds to sing a song.
if you're confused about how to play, spam keys (or buttons on controller) to ask for help.
controller makes it easier. but it's also ok to suck at this.

I am a junior high school student from Japan, and I discovered this game after trying out a demo at the recent Tokyo Game Show. I'm so glad I got to play it at the event. I was truly happy and surprised to learn it costs only two dollars. It’s incredibly cute, lets me get so immersed that I lose track of time, and features relaxing music that I really love. I've played your game at Tokyo Game Show and would love to give it another try, realizing that I never put the leaves back onto the tree :D Sadly I only have access to a macOS machine right now. If you have a build laying around, i'd be sitting here waiting for it :)

this is beautiful, ian :') it's pretty amazing how moving it is to just amble around. it's like a heartfelt GIRP haha which is an amazing thing!! just gathering leaves in my basket, swishing around on screen, it all just feels very tactile and delicate and additive into something that feels so sweet, and quiet, and meaningful. and the ending!! just lovely -- grateful for a new ian game!!! :))
